Licensed Mental Health Counselor
she/her
Let's get to know each other.
I'm a down to earth person who loves a good joke, believes deeply in connection, and has spent 13 years helping people find their way through the hard stuff.
A little about me
I was born and raised in South Seattle. I have two kids with my husband and two miniature dachshunds. I like to get out and explore the city, cook and bake, and spend time with my friends and family.
I believe therapy works best when it feels real. The relationship we build matters, and my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged when it serves your growth.
Over the past 13 years, I've learned that meaningful change rarely comes from insight alone. It happens through connection, curiosity, and a willingness to try something different.
