How I can help

RO DBT Therapy

Individual Teens & adults In-person & telehealth

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a specialized, evidence-based treatment designed for people who struggle with overcontrol, those who tend to be self-disciplined, high achieving, and driven, but may feel isolated, emotionally closed off, or exhausted from always holding it together.

RO DBT helps you develop a fundamentally different relationship with yourself and others by learning greater openness, flexibility, and genuine connection. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be delivered as Gold Standard RO DBT (with skills classes, diary cards, and coaching) or as an informed approach tailored to your life.

A good fit if you're dealing with

  • Perfectionism or chronic overachieving
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Disordered eating
  • ADHD or OCD
  • Feeling disconnected or lonely despite doing everything "right"
  • People pleasing or difficulty expressing emotions

Parent Coaching

Caregivers As needed In-person & telehealth

Parenting adolescents, teens, and young adults is one of the hardest things there is. Especially when you're trying to stay connected while also setting limits, navigating big emotions, or supporting a child who is struggling.

Parent coaching sessions are as needed and you don't have to commit to a weekly schedule. We'll focus on practical strategies you can use right away, and I'll help you understand what's driving your child's behavior so you can respond with both firmness and compassion. Sessions are 50 minutes.

A good fit if you're navigating

  • A teen or young adult who is struggling emotionally or behaviorally
  • Conflict, disconnection, or communication breakdown at home
  • A child with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or eating concerns
  • Uncertainty about how to set limits without damaging the relationship
  • Supporting a child who is in therapy and wanting to be aligned

1:1 Coaching

Individual Flexible Can combine with therapy

Coaching is a lighter, more flexible alternative to, or addition to, traditional therapy. It's built around supportive, accountable touchpoints throughout the week, helping you stay on track between sessions and build momentum in real time.

For established therapy clients, 24/7 coaching support is available at no additional cost, giving you access to live guidance whenever you need it, not just during scheduled sessions. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes, and frequency is determined together based on what feels sustainable for you.

A good fit if you're looking for

  • Support between therapy sessions
  • A less clinical, more goal-oriented approach
  • Accountability and momentum on specific challenges
  • Around the clock access to live support as an established client

DBT & RO DBT Groups

Ages 10+ Virtual & in-person Tweens, teens & adults

Groups are one of the most powerful ways to learn and practice DBT and RO DBT skills because the skills come alive when you use them with other people. There's something uniquely healing about being in a room (or a virtual space) with others who genuinely understand what you're going through.

I offer DBT and RO DBT groups for tweens, teens, adults, and affected family members, both virtual and in-person. Group availability changes based on the current schedule. Reach out to ask about upcoming groups and whether one might be a good fit for you.

Groups available for

  • Tweens (ages 10–12)
  • Teens (ages 13–17)
  • Adults (18+)
  • Affected family members and partners

At a pace that feels
right for you.

Sessions are 50 minutes. How often we meet is determined collaboratively, based on clinical recommendations, your availability, and what pace feels sustainable for you. Some clients come twice a week, others every other week or once a month. There's no one right answer, and we'll adjust as your needs change.
